- add the new commend "/NoWar" to disable for received War Message ( LocalWar , Nation War )
- Killing message to supported Multilingual Broadcasting (English)
- Fixed the Auction UI missing for Simplified Chinese.
- Fixed the commend in English version to Tracking the enemy for Yllse.
- Item Mall candle cooling time will same to normal Rare Candle.
- Add some ItemMall item in HEGMONIA Shop.
- Halloween missions (2016-10-25 ~ 2016-10-31) ( HEGMONIA 25,495 )


Time Limit Test Project (valid until 2016-12-31 ) :
- When join the Local War , the "Complete sanctuary" only can used for priest class.
- The killing by Bombs / Traps in LocalWar or NationWar will calc to Hunting counter.
- A half damage value of Bombs / Traps when the target is in Protect type Magic
